Pathetic Services and worst brand! Ordered a dress from UK for Pakistan’s wedding on 14th Feb. Paid for it and after a week they got back to me saying there was a glitch in website, dress was never available! I asked for the refund and it has been 2 weeks I am chasing them and they say they will process the refund but do nothing. WHAT A BIG NAME NAME AND A BIG SHAME ON THEM! its Pakistan’s culture if they would have done this in the UK I would have sued them already!
