Horrible experience and worst customer service ever. I placed an order from the UK to be delivered in Canada on 15th march 2025. The order was supposed to deliver or atleast dispatch in 6 weeks and today is 22nd may 2025. The order is still on its way and hasn’t arrived yet. Meanwhile their customer service is so bad that they never get back to you and respond are never reliable. Please don’t buy from big brands like this who only focus on money and not the customers need and time.
