I would leave 0 starts if that was possible! I ordered my outfit way in advance hoping it would come in time for the event. Sadly they have told me it will be delivered after the event. After reading multiple bad reviews I still put my trust in faiza saqlain hoping they deliver on time. They do not meet customer satisfaction needs! This is a shame as the clothes are beautiful but it’s not worth the hassle! YOU WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECIEVE THE OUTFIT ON TIME. The customer service team is not great. They leave you on read! I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I ADVICE ANYONE ELSE NOT TO! THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!! PLEAE PLEASE NO ONE ORDER FROM THEM THINKING YOU WILL RECIEVE THE PARCEL ON TIME AS YOU WONT! THEY DONT EVEN FOLLOW THEOR ON DELIVERY TIME FRAME.
