I wish i could give a review of minus 30 !!!! Faiza Saqlains customer service has to be THE WORST i have ever come accross! I ordered the “Risma” dress in Medium to my Pakistan address around December 2023 to wear it for a wedding in Feb 2024. I live in the UK. It was my first time ordering. I spent a lot so i needed to know everything about the dress! I got in touch with customer service around November 1st and took me A WHOLE MONTH!!!! to finally order it as they gave me almost little to no response !!! I wasnt sure of what size to buy as im not there! (Cant believe they dont bloody customise for their price) They said get whatever you usually wear! According to their crappy size guide i could be Large or Medium. I trusted my gut and ordered Medium. I got to Pakistan 2 months later, tried it on AND O M G !!! IT WAS AS IF I WAA WEARING XXXXL !!!! IT WAS SO BAD SO UGLY I WANTED TO CRYYYY MY EYES OUT !!!! I messaged them and they didnt reply for 3 days!!! I messaged the situation and they said “sorry we do not have an exchange and return policy” omggg i was fuming!!!! How the hell can such a big designer have such a RUBBISH customer service and policy!!! Anyway I stomped into their main brance Lahore and went crazy!!!! They said we cant do anything i was like are you out of your mind !!! I spent so much !!! I asked your team a million times i got no response!! The lady said our sizes are usually bigger… I WAS LIKE WHAT ON EARTH WHO WAS GOING TO TELL ME ??? BUT THATS NOT IT, IT WAS 6 INCHES LOOSE !!!!! I CANT BELIEVE THAT WAS MEDIUM!!! I was about to buy Large omg! She said things like i know our customer service is rubbish. We don’t have any other size in stock (that was a lie i saw online lol). She said you can fit in XS i was like ****… ive never worn XS in my life! Your size guide is absolute crap! Anyway the manager i think her name was Sarah!? Im not going to lie she was helpful! She listened to me, i didnt agree with some of the stuff she said, she was doing her job, not her fault BUT ABSOLUTELY APPALED! Never buying again. Conclusion after 40 minutes of ranting to the manager, she fixed my dress accordingly to my actual measurements apparently for 10k rupees within 5 hours. Not sure if they actually did it or got another dess and did something with that but yeah NEVER AGAIN!!!
