I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Faiza Saqlain and I must say, it was an utterly dreadful experience from start to finish. Not only was the quality of their clothes horrible, but their customer service was nothing short of unprofessional and harassing. Let me share my nightmarish encounter with this so-called "leading" clothing brand.First and foremost, the clothes I received were an absolute disgrace. I ordered several items, and they all seemed like they were hastily put together by someone with no regard for quality. The fabrics were flimsy, and the stitching was subpar at best. It's confusing that a company of this stature could produce such poor-quality clothes. The clothes looked nothing like the images on their website - it was as if they had been photoshopped to perfection. The reality was a far cry from what was advertised.Now, let's talk about their customer service, which was equally horrendous. When I contacted their customer support to express my dissatisfaction, I expected a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was met with condescending and dismissive responses. They accused me of being overly critical and claimed that I was lying. I couldn't believe the audacity of their representatives.What's worse is their repeated messages that felt borderline harassing. It's as if they were trying to wear me down and make me give up on seeking a refund or an exchange. The tone of their messages was patronizing, and I felt like they were attempting to gaslight me into thinking I was in the wrong.I tried to reason with them, but it was like talking to a brick wall.
