I sent an image to be made into a JEF file. I am fairly new to embroidery and far to long in the tooth to start digitising myself. I paid just short of £20 once converted for a large and small file. After initially not being happy with the small test one, we eventually got it right. Maybe my inexperience and lack of terminology didn't help but my contact did the best they could with my instructions. I eventually stitched onto a fabric and made a patch as the work wear was too thick and bulky to hoop properly. This was probably my first mistake. My grandson is pleased with the result as it is for his new apprenticeship work wear and now feels blended in with the rest of the workforce. I would use Falcon again but next time I would test stitch on a plain suitable fabric.
