I am back again with another review! I have had more items digitized by Falcon and with a very difficult design with many revisions needed as the "vision" of the design changed. They quickly made the changes requested and helped bring a customer a product that they have dreamed of having for many years. I have also recently used several designs available on their website. Those designs have stitched out great, with wonderful color combinations. They are very conscious about the density of designs while making sure that they have great definition and color, which keeps the design lighter weight and easier to stitch out.
