Needed to replace my Hultafors electricians knife , searching on line I found
Heinnie Haynes based in wales , they had the same knife I’ve used for a number of years in the left handed version at a very good price.I also took the opportunity to order a new item,the Hultafors chisel knife which has now become my everyday work knife.

I received an item of inadequate quality, which can happen. However, throughout our communication, I consistently signed my emails with my name, yet they repeatedly referred to me incorrectly in their replies. Even after I pointed this out, they still used the wrong name in the following email. This felt quite discourteous and disrespectful, as if it were intentional.
