I stayed at the Fallsview Hilton Hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating until there was no clarity in a mandatory charge of $17.90, which was charged on the credit card without any notice. The damage deposit did not even seem to come back to my credit card for $100.00. The manager seems steadfast in this charge. I had said, you need to notify the public, your company cannot just put charges on a credit card without notice. As I told the manager to take some accountability, it took me three days to get a hold of him or her. She just hung up. Be aware of any charges on your card that they do not communicate to you.
