I'd give 0 stars if this was an option.I ordered some trousers with knee pads £59.99, but they sent me a pair without knee pads that were £20 cheaper. I have started the return process and paid for second-class tracked to keep costs down to a minimum. They offered to refund me £50 as they need to charge me a 'restocking fee' as I am returning an item. Problem is they sent the wrong item and I need to pay for the postage. That is not right!Even though they have a 'UK Warehouse', the items are shipped from China and take ages to arrive.
