Bought followers on X. Within 5 days, half were gone. Demanded they fulfill their agreement, they were rude. Told me to buzz off. It was not until I responded by posting a review did they attempt to fulfill their end of the bargin. So I raised this from a 1 to a 3. A problem with them is they give them to you all at one time, then they dissappear. I don't know if they pull them, or they trigger an X algorithm. They responded HERE and said they come with a '6 month guarantee. ' I have emails where they state, "we have already responded to you, thank you and good bye." It was not until I posted this review that I heard about the '6 month guarantee.' Since I posted this, they have added the followers I purchased back. I will upgrade this review to a 3 for the time being. It's a 3 because their response is dishonest. This is typical Chinese malarkey. Nevertheless, I will keep this and other reviews at a 3 for now. I will check back in every couple of weeks and report on this company's service / I will let you know how the '6 month guarantee works.'
