I ordered my portrait 15 days ago. Although everytime i WhatsApped the shop i got a reply. This is not the issue.The issue is that it states on the website its a 24 hour turnaround.I waited 15 days for my portrait. There was also a issue after 7 days of waiting, about the quality of the image to be poor. I had to message the shop to checkup on how my portrait was getting on.. it was only then that I was asked for another image, why wasn't I contacted days earlier?? Although I am happy with the portrait, I would never order from here again. I just found customer service to be poor, and the lie on the website about it being a quick turnaround.. when i waited 15 days, which i also had to chase up, I was not kept up to date with the progress of my portrait. Very unhappy with service.I ordered 26th november. Recieved december 12th.. only due to me chasing my order up twice.
