This was ordered 13 days before our wedding anniversary. Didn't receive on time contrary to the production and shipping time noted on your website. No communication after purchase, no update at the order tracking portion of your website. It came down to me emailing multiple times and finally threatening to file a dispute with my bank and requesting a refund before there were any updates. However, no one acknowledged my emails or directly acknowledged my communications at all. Coincidentally enough, the day after my final email MIRACULOUSLY the order "had shipped". Except it hadn't, a label for shipping had been created. Can't speak to the quality of the product yet, because it was sent certified it requires a signature.
