I bought a pair of leggings that I absolutely loved the look of. Unfortunately, after only four uses, the fabric already started pilling heavily, and the seam was poorly finished from the start. I always wore them under normal conditions – no Velcro, no rough surfaces, no animal claws (as they accused me of)– yet the wear was visible almost immediately.When I contacted customer service with photos, I was told this was “normal wear and tear” and not a defect. For me, this is simply unacceptable for a product that should last much longer.Poor quality like this is not only frustrating for the customer – it’s also bad for the environment, as it (as well as the company) encourages a throwaway culture and unnecessary waste.It’s a shame, because I genuinely liked the design, but both the quality and the company’s unwillingness to address the issue mean I won’t be purchasing from them again and I encourage you to spend your money elsewhere.Update:They tried to solve the issue by giving me a 20% discount on my next purchase - I’m not sure how that should solve my issue. They ended up offering me to cover most of the cost of a new pair of leggings though a gift card. In the same email they asked me to take down this trustpilot review. I have now ordered a new pair of leggings and hope that these will be better.
