I had a terrible experience with customer service. I ordered six mirrors as Christmas gifts and received an email stating that all items were sold out, expected to ship in mid-January 2026. I asked to change the colors to ensure I would receive them by Christmas, but I'm still waiting for a response. My order remains unfulfilled, and I've been unable to reach them by phone. This has been a very disappointing experience. I won't be purchasing from them for Christmas again.
