Ordered for Christmas. Discovered that two were backordered until January. I emailed and asked to replace them with something that could ship before Christmas. Customer service was quick and responsive. They quickly changed my order to another compact and upgraded my shipping so it will arrive before Christmas. Very helpful and friendly service.
