If I could have rated this experience lower, I would have. The representative was incredibly disrespectful and manipulative. After paying my $200, I was supposed to receive my puppy this month. Instead, she contacted me asking for additional money to buy dog food, claiming financial difficulties and saying, “some guy stole from me.” I refused, explaining that I should not be responsible for feeding her dogs while I still need to cover expenses for my own. These are the responses I received. I would never engage with her again or recommend her to anyone. I regret not heeding the previous reviews.
