Compared to some of the negative reviews, we didn't experience anything bad. They took down the measurements, and asked what date we needed the dress, and we needed it quickly. She said as long as I paid for expedite shipping, she would make sure it was here before the date we needed it. I was so nervous, I emailed her several times curious on any shipping updates. She insured me that it would be here and asked to be patient. Sure enough it made it with in two days before we needed it. And it fits my daughter perfect!
