The platform altered the definitions of a bet to their advantage. I placed a bet on the OR vs J Madison game, including various quarter spreads. Their definition relies on total points at the end of each quarter. They later claimed that the 3rd and 4th quarters were losses, despite having a significant lead, arguing that it’s based on the point difference rather than end-of-quarter totals, which is contrary to their stated definition. I wasn't alone in placing this bet, and it seems the platform wanted to avoid losses. This has been the least satisfactory gambling site I've encountered, and I ceased using it after this incident. Another platform upholds bet definitions much better.
