I subscribed to batman year zero. I was disappointed with my first delivery as it arrived kind of scuffed up and messy. Live chat was almost instant access, I cancelled my subscription as it was only the first book and I was worried that would be a reoccurring thing and I'm not invested enough at the start of the collection to do it. I'm confident they would have replaced it if I asked though, customer service very quick and efficient and they seem keen on making sure you're happy and not being overly pushy/upselling things.
