Communication was great and not just a robotic response. Very responsive. The tracking looked like it came from Pakistan but then I received in 3-5 days. The first jacket was too small so they sent me a return label to return free whether I returned or exchanged. I did have to pay a customs fee to FedEx separately which they communicated and then you send the receipt and they refund that. The replacement jacket which I opted for a completely different one came fast also. I didn't have to wait for them to receive the first because they could follow the tracking to know it was in transit. I have zero complaints and would trust buying from Fan Jackets again.
