If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. I ordered a zip-up for a family member, only to find out later that it had already been purchased. When I contacted the support team to cancel, I was informed it was too late since the order was already sent to the warehouse. This is a $92 charge. They advised me to wait for delivery and then return it, which could take up to two weeks. It feels like they want to hold onto the money for as long as possible. I can't understand why a company would make customers deal with two orders that they know will be returned, incurring extra costs for return shipping. I regret not checking reviews beforehand; 77% of them are one star.
