I received a flawed jersey and reordered on December 14, with a promise of delivery within 3-7 business days. By December 19, I received an email urging me to order by that day for Christmas delivery. Now, on December 22, my order still hasn't shipped, and tracking indicates a delivery date of January 13. When I called, I was told it was a custom item and takes longer, despite being promised Christmas delivery. Their customer service offered to waive shipping and create a ticket, but that doesn't help me now. This was supposed to be my son's main gift, and I feel let down. I would not have ordered had they been honest about the timeline. They clearly lied about delivery promises. I won't order from them again.
