I first order adult Eagles masks and was sent youth. Package not marked and had to open to find out wrong size. They wouldn't take back which i get but wouldn't send me correct size at no charge. I don't have youth eagle's fans. Unknown to me ordered yankees stuff for grandsons. Well mugs came pretty quick however youth yankees mask have been delayed now 4 months. Ordered in june and now told sept 24th. First it was July then beginning of August, then end of August, then Sept 3, now Sept 24th. Funny part is they are already charged to my credit card. wanted more adult Eagles mask but cant wait for then to be sent. Totally ridiculous.....
