I had ordered a limited edition autographed framed picture as a birthday present for my husband. I spent more money than I had planned to but it was of my husband's favorite team The Vegas Golden Knights. When the picture came the frame was chipped and dented I contacted customer support right away. My "Fans Advocate" as they are listed was Tyler. He was amazing. He sent me a return label right away so I could send it back to be repaired. They repaired it in 1 week and it is on its way back to us.
