This site had a deal for free shipping, which was applied to my order while the jersey was in my cart. Literally said, "[Free shipping] code has been applied to your order." Only after I clicked to pay via Apple Pay did they total my order, which included $11 “expedited” shipping and a $1 handling fee. The jersey was only $28.59 to begin with (note: free shipping was for orders $29 or above). I tried using their chat to immediately cancel, but they were unresponsive.UPDATE: Tried the chat again and finally got someone. I asked to cancel my order and they said they would process the cancellation. Shipping charges were still masked in a shady way, but I’m updating my rating to 2 stars since they didn’t completely whiff on the customer service side of things. Will report back and update my rating accordingly if the refund is processed as promised.Update 2: They have refunded my money, as promised, within 2-5 days. I have update the rating to 3 stars. Not completely shady, but definitely watch out for hidden charges and deceptive shipping practices.
