This will be my first review ever! I placed an order on September 1st for two items. One came very quickly while the other I have still have yet to receive. It said it would arrive before Sept 20th. I waited about a month before calling customer service (hold time was ridiculous). The lady informed me it was a pre-order item and it would not ship till Oct 23rd. Fine at least someone gave me an answer. However, here we are a month later and still no jersey. This was suppose to be a birthday present two months ago! I looked at my bank account today and they refunded the jersey a week ago without any word. Terrible! never using this site again!
