I Will Never Buy From Fans Edge Again..

My brother purchased a Milwaukee Bucks Giannis jersey for Christmas for me. I have several other jerseys but have always gotten them on the NBA store website. I fit in a Medium and so my brother got me a Large just in case because I don't mind jerseys baggy. When I opened my gift, it was WAY TO SMALL! However, there is no way to do an exchange. I called their customer service number and had to wait about a half hour in order to talk to someone. They informed me that I would have to return the item and then repurchase. They told me to return it in the same packaging and then print out the label. Since this was a gift, I no longer had the box, nor do I have access to the email it was purchased with. I had to ask my brother for all his information and it was this whole ordeal. They did eventually send me an email which I could print off the package labeling and tape it to another random box I had lying around (luckily I had another box lying around). The refund was free but because my brother purchased the jersey when it was on sale for 85 dollars and not the original price of 125 or something like that, I would have to have my brother pay a lot more money for a different size. I brought this up to the person on the phone, because he didn't seem to know what was going on, and replied with, "Oh, I didn't think about that." He then transferred me to someone else who would be able to help. I thought he would have already explained to the other person what had happened but no. I had to go through the entire process of explaining everything all over again to a new person. I eventually received a coupon for a certain percent off (don't remember what it was anymore because this got sent to my brother's email for some reason). I asked the person on the phone if this would then make the jersey the same price my brother bought it as. He said yes. Well when my brother went to purchase a new jersey for me, the coupon only marked it down to 100. So he paid an extra 15 dollars for something just because it was the wrong size and they "don't do exchanges." AND HE HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AGAIN!! What kind of company who sells CLOTHING ITEMS especially, doesn't do exchanges? I'm sure this is how they rip people off. They make the sizes extremely small just so you have to return it and pay extra money. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY!!
