This company is full of it. When things are working well, it's alright. I got a lot of what I ordered when I expected. I had one item that shipped later and there is something wrong with the shipment. I received an email saying that it shipped on 12/19, but the tracking number only shows that the label was created. Chat doesn't work, there's always high call volume. Every time I give them a call, I receive the same script. It shipped but it takes time for the system to update. They can't tell me anything until after the expected delivery date, which is the longest time frame. They tell their customer service to lie to the customer about FedEx, and how tracking works. They were trying to tell me it's because FedEx reuses their tracking numbers. Okay, yeah, that's it. Tell your customers that the pioneer shipping company recycles numbers after two weeks. It's disgusting. It's sad, because I'm happy with what I got, but then they ruin it completely by treating me like I'm a moron.
