Their online chat NEVER works and they COMPLETELY LACK customer appreciation. I need to cancel my order and no one is picking up. This is not acceptable. THIS is why people turn to Amazon and more reliable and user friendly websites. Their website is not clear and never working when needed to speak to an online agent. Please get with the program fansedge. It's almost 2020. People order online and expect fast service. Also - there should be no need to charge a send back fee on returns. Is this why you have your online chat not working? To avoid canceling orders? Shame on you fansedge.
