I sure wished i had read this site BEFORE ordering a $220+ college tent. I have called and gotten no help. I have written an email to a customer service email. And got a message that the email wasn't ever manned, so no help there. To make a long story short, we ordered my husband a tent for Father's Day/birthday in June. Didn't open it up until last weekend at the first college ballgame. And it was broken in a couple of places. They don't want to replace/refund/etc. because it was a 'manufacture purchase' they will only take if returned within 30 days. Their 'regular' returns have to be within 90 days. Which of course we just hit the 92nd day. I don't even have the heart to tell my kids that their Dad wasn't/isn't even able to use their expensive gift even once! I understand having a 'time limit', but i didn't know i needed to check to see if the item was broken when we received it. I will NEVER order from there again. And i will tell everyone else to never order from them. Just an expensive life lesson learned.
