I too find it ridiculous I have to give this joke of a website and their less than professional and curtious customer service a star. If you need anything quick you had better pay for that shipping their idea of free is a joke. I live 200 miles from their shipping location and its going to take 12 days from the order date to get it. Even worse all items were promised ship next day and not a single item left the next day all I got was a we are sorry. Then I call and I am literally told its my fault shouldn't have selected free shipping. I guess I shipped it late causing the delay. She then condescendingly she would waive the return fee for the stuff that will arrive after the game I ordered it for. You guys really just don't care. Never again.RE: Hey FansEdge your right it was placed at 11:32 pm, on THURSDAY. Should have shipped on Friday the 16th. Instead you guys sent an email apologizing for the delay. Then it did ship the 19th causing the delay on delivery to the next week. You guys don't can't say we screwed up huh.
