I ordered a product from this company. Worse decision ever. Almost 2 weeks after ordering, I received a email stating they wouldn't ship to my PO BOX. I was expecting my product by now. I switched to my physical address and that's when the real nightmare began. 4-5 days later, I received a email stating my ordered was delivered. Once I tracked it, I stated my order was signed for by someone from a completely different address. I reached out to customer service the next day. They told me that my order was returned back to them. They said it would take 10 business day to receive my return, another 10 business to process my return back into their system and then another 7 business days for me to receive my refund...WTH, that's 27 business days for a refund. I wanted my product not a refund. Funny thing is, there's 4 adults in my house and we work different shifts. There's someone at my place 24/7. Seems like if this company scams just a few people out of even a small amount, they'll be rich for providing nothing but false hope...I wish I could have given them 0 stars!!
