2 years ! So after 2 years these mofos block my account and won't let me make a new one for a fraudulent charge. I GOT CHARGED FOR A CREATOR I NEVER EVEN SUBSCRIBE TO HEARD OF NOTHING. OVER 100 BUCKS OUT OF NOWHERE. I even changed my pw. They provide no assistance but too bad it was a promo, what was a promo? They dont give a warning if you get a refund from youe bank youre blocked. so I can let ppl that are close with me know. They just shut my page down. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had 1 or 2 creators talk to me outside but I knew over 25 people that I had paid subscription to for 3 to 6 months no refund nothing they just violate! The money i paid just gone , subscriptions that were active gone in a flash. All the content purchased gone after my bank gave me a refund for fraudulent charged from a none active creator account. Fansly should apologize and issue refund to loyal customers that never spoke to customer service for so long.Nope they said too bad and my bank said thats jsut wrong to not reverse a fraudulent charge I never approved. Thanks my bank no thanks, Fansly!
