I don’t know if all content on the platform is the same but the site I joined made no mention of needing to pay for access to most of the content on top of the initial subscription fee. In fact the main page states what to expect but when you enter the site most of the content then requires additional fees. I understand that this is how it works but I believe that the platform should make creators tell you that not everything is included otherwise to me it’s misleading. Wasn’t offered a refund despite immediately cancelling due to them claiming I got what I paid for. So I’m contacting my card provider as I believe by omitting any mention of additional charges for content I was mislead into believing that the subscription fee would allow me to gain access to the content I was told would be included. Yes it’s naive of me but if you are not told there will be extra costs it’s reasonable to assume there won’t be.
