Fradulent sale. A creator described a photo, then after purchasing the photo I realized it was nowhere near the scene described. I confronted the creator. The creator denied responsibility. I then proceeded to contact support, as per the steps provided by Fansly info pages for their platform policies. I explained everything that happened. Support then shut me down with no explanation, despite multiple requests for an explanation. Then I initiated a chargeback and got my money back anyway. Of course they immediately decided they suddenly cared about their policies again when I did that, so they terminated my account (as expected). Long story short: Fansly support will only help the creators and not the 'fans.' Their support didn't even look real after I supposedly was put in touch with an agent. Every response was very generic and didn't acknowledge my concerns. I'm not convinced it was ever a real person.
