Their entire business model feels deceptive, as it encourages subscriptions to content creators’ profiles, yet fails to disclose that creators can place additional paywalls on their posts. I subscribed to a profile hoping to access their content, only to find that every post required extra payments of $10, $15, and so on, which is outrageous considering I had already paid for a subscription. This crucial detail was never mentioned upfront. When I reached out to the support team, I was informed that I wouldn’t be receiving a refund because I had supposedly "accessed the content associated with my subscription." But what content? Everything is hidden behind separate paywalls. Their support team showed a clear lack of concern during our interactions. When I followed up, they abandoned my ticket and I received an automated email asking if I wanted to speak to a human, indicating they do not truly care about resolving issues. I recommend steering clear of this service. Their practices are unacceptable, and despite giving them ample opportunity to address my concerns, they showed no intention of helping me. I've initiated a chargeback and will pursue this matter further to recover my funds.
