I echo the sentiments of the previous reviewer. Please avoid FFScout.I was quite optimistic when I first subscribed to FFScout’s services, hoping to enhance my fantasy football experience. However, the reality proved to be rather disappointing. The quality of the product did not meet my expectations, leading me to decide not to continue using the service.What compounds this dissatisfaction is the rigidity of their renewal policy. As a customer, the auto-renewal locked me into a renewed subscription of a product that I was unhappy with. FFScout Support was prompt in responding to my concerns but remained steadfast in their stance, repeatedly referring to their terms and conditions. Bear in mind that once monies have been taken, it is very unlikely that they would be refunded.Moreover, what exacerbates this situation is the absence of a reminder email about the impending auto-renewal. This is a common courtesy extended by many subscription services to notify customers in advance about an upcoming auto-renewal, ensuring transparency and allowing the customer to make an informed decision. However, FFScout did not offer such a provision, further exemplifying their inflexible approach to customer service.The lack of a refund upon cancellation during the season or immediately after renewal, without due consideration of unique circumstances like dissatisfaction with product quality, adds to the dissatisfaction. Policies are vital, no doubt, but I believe they should not supersede customer satisfaction, especially when the quality of a product is in question.With these experiences, I find it difficult to recommend FFScout’s services. I urge potential customers to scrutinise their terms and conditions thoroughly before committing, especially in terms of product quality and their auto-renewal policy. Or in truth and more prudently, just avoid them like plague.As for FFScout, I hope they take these experiences to heart, reconsider their policies, and work towards prioritising customer satisfaction and transparency over inflexible terms. Until such improvements are made, my impression remains that of a dissatisfied customer who feels overlooked and undervalued.
