The service claimed it was shipped from Oregon, but after weeks, I received a tracking number showing it left Italy and eventually stopped in North Carolina. After contacting support, I learned it actually shipped from China. It took two months to arrive, just five days before Halloween. It was supposed to be 12 feet tall, but if it measures 6 feet, I'd be surprised. It's flimsy and not at all like the ad depicted. This is a case of false advertising. Lesson learned: avoid this company if you don't want to waste your money!
