Review Time
Just wanted to say that the support team at Fantrax has been rock solid. Moving a dynasty league to a new platform can be a daunting process with each site doing things a little different and getting everything dialed in can be a PITA. I probably submitted over 8 tickets and each time the guys responded quickly (sometimes within an hour) and actually setup a few templates for us. Even on opening day of NFL these guys were working overtime responding to last minutes notes. I do want to note that we have the premium / paid services but at $10 an owner, how can you not be running premium?
Fantrax is an awesome platform for fantasy sports. They have a wide number of sports offered and the level of customization is almost endless. They are constantly improving their offerings by adding new features and best of all when there's an issue, their support team is top notch. You can email them and they will get back to you quickly with a useful answer or solution to your problem. I wish all fantasy sports platforms were this easy to use.
The biggest thing I like is the customer support. Nathan in particular seems to be the one who consistantly responds to my questions and issues quickly. He is the best. Also, the system itself is so broad. With your help I created a Nascar league that almost totally copies the spreadsheet league we had for years. I wish the other team owners agreed but to me, it was seamless and the work involved for me as a commish was minimal. The team owners had to get their driver picks in on time themselves. Maybe why they did not like it. LOL Anyway, the next move for us will be to convert to a Dynasty league next season. They have turned my fantasy season into a nightmare. Out of the blue over the past 2 days they have started putting popup ads every minute or so that freeze the screen until you are able to click the X to get out of it. It is pure and simple blackmail to force you to pay for their no ads feature.Want to change your lineup or claim a player off waivers? It is no longer a click and go process, now you must wait for and then X out of a popup ad EVERY step of the way. This makes managing 10+ leagues as I do take forever.I will never again play on Fantrax after this season!
Fantrax is an exciting fantasy sports site. I use it for football and there are stats you probably didn’t even know existed on this site. There probably are hundreds of scoring categories for all league types. We used the draft through them and it ran pretty well. Remote owners can participate and timers and options galore. Customer service rocks. They’ve been replying back and forth (especially a Nathan and Brandon) helping with scoring categories and checked boxes that should not have been so you’ll have good time bringing your league to Fantrax. Joke-y Jordon bringing Fantasy sports into the next generation for sure. Sign up, you won’t regret it
