My experience with FARA has been poor - just a few days after I ordered, there was a sale and the item that I had bought was 20% off. I contacted FARA’s customer service, but they refused to price match - even though I was well within the returns period. I don’t understand the logic as I am entitled to return the item for a full refund and repurchase at the discounted price. I was also disappointed with the quality of the Rise Kaftan - it arrived with frayed hems and poor / loose stitching. For a kaftan that costs c. £200, I would expect much better.
