I ordered a raw silk top (£90) for my sister's birthday in June, but it didn’t arrive as expected. When I first contacted the company, they informed me that there would be a restock at the end of June and that my order would be shipped then. However, this did not happen. When I tried to follow up in July to inquire about my order, they abruptly disabled the chat. Frustrated, I initiated a claim with PayPal in August. The company only sent the top about a day before the refund window was set to close.Unfortunately, the item itself is disappointing. While the colour matches the picture, the texture feels off—I'm not convinced it's genuine silk. Additionally, the design is impractical, restricting movement to the point where you can't comfortably raise your arms. I’ve decided against returning it, as I have little confidence in the company’s ability to handle the refund process efficiently, and I just want to move on.Overall, this company has been a significant disappointment. I would strongly advise against purchasing from them.
