My CP ended up being called to a meeting of creditors. I had a very poor experience with my negotiations. I felt I was left in the dark especially after I recieved a counteroffer to pay back 149% of my debt with little to no explanation. There were several discrepancies within my file and it was unclear if they were fixed. I also ended up missing my meeting of creditors as I did not end up receiving this information. However, Farber did close my deal and I feel they got the best deal I could have gotten with me paying 58% of my debt instead of 149%. Since the deals closure farber has reached out, addressed my concerns, and have made me feel more confident and informed on this process. I would like to write a special thank you to Gary for his support and guidance. As well as a thank you to the rest of the team as I know they have a lot of cases to handle.
