i've been reading the 1 star reviews. people will often blame others for their failures. Not tell the truth, and complain about everything! My experience has been fantastic! The payments come out of my account without any drama. The creditors stopped calling immediately...I am even able to make extra payments at any time to reduce the amount of time that I make payments.
