Filed a consumer proposal bill collectors still call ur staff does nothing about it i didnt know the name but had the number she said i want the name u have to call them back then call us back. this was support to be taken care of months ago then i said i dont have time to do this and i dont want to talk to them can u call them she said no i have to i told her to do her job as iam paying for this service to be provided she said she does her job i asked her why are they still calling me i was starting to ask to speak to a supervisor she hung up the phone on me i called back and asked the person to speak to a supervisor they transferred me back to costumer service... do not give them business you will get a bad job done
