The first call was obviously the sales team she explained a bit and told me I'd be contacted by someone who would be ghe person I'd direct my enquiry to. She took my full payment for my daughters cremation. When I spoke to my direct contact I found her to be patronising and she called me Dear, I told her my name was Jane. I had to then chase her for a date for when my daughters body was to be picked up as 2 weeks on, the hospital bereavement office rang, as they'd not heard from Farewill as to ANY arrangements. ALL emails sent were obviously templates as on one she didn't have the decency to put my daughters name on the email. The company could do with a good shape up as to training. The guy who delivered my daughters ashes was great he said he'd only just started, but what a delightful man courteous and showed great empathy, but he was from a Funeral Directors. In all it has taken 2 MONTHS to the day of my daughters passing to get her ashes. It needs to be done quicker as you don't get any peace you are forever chasing for new of what's going on. I'd NEVER use this company or recommend them to anyone.
