Dr Bessam Farjo, Dr Nilofer Farjo, Cheryl and the entire team are all extremely friendly, professional and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, relaxed and knew exactly what was going on throughout the day of the procedure. Every aspect was taken care of from a well informed pre-op, food and drink throughout the day, and everything required for aftercare during the post op. The institute itself was extremely clean and to the highest of standard.
