I have given 2 stars rather than 1 because apart from the chap who did my surgery, I found the staff to be really helpful. I had the strip surgery about 10 years ago and it never really took. The grafts gradually fell out and I was left with a few strays which could be pulled out without any effort or pain. It was pretty obvious that the operation hadn't been very successful when I went back in, and I should have pushed for another, but I didn't feel like going through it again. Fast forward to last year, I thought I would try again. I made an appointment with the same chap. He seemed to find the obvious failure uncomfortable and advised me to go to Turkey, which I ended up doing in March. The consultant at the high-end clinic I chose advised me to have the FUE treatment. He was of the opinion that the Farjo grafts hadn't been planted correctly. I honestly found their whole operation much more professional, and following the surgery I now have the hair I wanted in the first place, and this for under 3k including flights compared to the 5.5k I paid 10 years ago at Farjo.
