I made the mistake of putting my samples in the mail without tracking and of course this one time, the samples were lost by USPS. I reached out and got an immediate response, which helped ease some stress around time and space because I needed to transplant the plants I was waiting on the test for. I re-shipped the samples (w/ tracking) and was followed up with when they arrived. 50% of the samples turned out to be undesirable, saving me time and resources in unnecessary transplanting.
