My experience mirrors the same issues. I received (and was charged for) more items than I ordered, and they also charged my credit card for a 'repeat' order. The product is completely ineffective. I attempted to reach out via email but received only one unhelpful response. $600 wasted. This feels like a well-crafted scam.
